New Features

Instagram comments

The Instagram channel now receives comments on the posts the organization chooses and can reply in public. The private Direct reply stays automatic, and only the first time. A comment does not open an inbox conversation. A conversation starts only if the person replies to that message.

What it is for

• Choose which posts join the automation, without importing the whole grid
• Reply in public with ready text or generated text
• Send an automatic Direct on the first reply, also with ready or generated text
• See the post thread, with replies at several levels, and reply again in public
• Filter other people's comments that still have no reply from us

How to use it

1. On an Instagram channel that is already connected, use Reconnect and allow comment access. Direct stays if the new connection does not finish
2. In the channel header, open Posts
3. Choose the posts that will take part
4. On each post, the keyword and the AI decision are optional and only decide whether the automation runs. Both can stay off
5. Under Public reply and Private reply (Direct), pick ready text or model generation. For generation, set the prompt, the model, and, if you want, an OpenAI or DeepSeek integration. Without that, generation uses the AI credit balance
6. In ready text, comment_text and username inside double braces become the comment and the commenter's name
7. In View comments, the thread shows every reply. Unanswered lists only other people's comments with no reply from us
8. Reply sends only the public reply, even on a comment that was already answered or on one of our own replies. The earlier reply stays
9. The paper-plane icon means the automatic Direct was already sent. A click shows the text

Limits

• The automatic Direct is an attempt and happens only once per comment
• A manual reply does not send a Direct
• A comment from the account itself is not stored again
• If the same account is on two channels, the one connected last is used
• With no AI credits and no integration, the generated part is not sent
• With no balance or no key for the AI decision, that step is skipped and the automation continues
