New Features

Real clock times and a 44-hour contractual load

The work schedule is no longer just “hours per day”. Each employee has a presence schedule (clock-in, lunch, clock-out) and a weekly contractual load (44h CLT by default).

The typical office day — Monday to Friday, 8:00–12:00 and 13:30–18:30 — produces 1 overtime hour per week. That hour now shows up in the monthly close instead of disappearing in the math.

Full guide: HR / Time clock

What is it for?

  • Register each person’s real times, including the lunch break
  • Separate “being at work” (9h) from the contractual load (8h48)
  • Count the office week’s extra hour automatically
  • See lateness against the registered start time

How to use?

  1. Open HR / Time clock → Employees (or the person → Schedule tab)
  2. Set morning and afternoon per day, or use Office schedule
  3. Optional: set the weekly contractual load (empty inherits 44h from the organization)
  4. Save — payroll compares worked time to 8h48 per workday, not to the 9h presence window

Hour bank on period close, with a configurable policy

When you close the period, Interflow saves the payroll snapshot and posts to the hour bank, according to the organization policy:

ModeWhat happens to excess hours
Offset then bank (default)Offset lateness/absence in the same period; the remainder goes to the bank
Hour bank onlyOvertime credits; absences debit
Pay overtimeStays as overtime on payroll; the bank does not move

An individual day off can debit that day’s contractual load from the bank, with on-screen confirmation.

What is it for?

  • Use extra hours as a bank, to offset delays, or as paid overtime
  • Close the month without posting the bank by hand
  • See opening balance, credits, debits, and closing balance on the monthly report

How to use?

  1. Under HR / Time clock → HR settings, choose where excess hours go
  2. Run Preview on Payroll and check OT, lateness, and absences
  3. Click Close period — the hour bank updates in the same step
  4. Under Hour bank, filter the month and export CSV if needed

Four punches per day and HR settings

The daily payroll table shows the 4 punches (in, lunch out, lunch return, out) plus lateness, overtime, and absence. The employee detail shows cards for delays, extras, absences, and balance.

The organization now has its own screen: HR / Time clock → HR settings (late tolerance, default weekly load, timezone, and hour-bank policy).

Bug Fixes

Overtime showing as zero on a 9-hour schedule

Anyone who worked exactly 8:00–12:00 / 13:30–18:30 got 0 overtime, because the system treated the 9 registered hours as the contractual load. Payroll now uses 44h per week (8h48 per day) and counts the week’s extra hour.

The old editor also dropped the lunch break on save (it built a single slot from 09:00). Real times are kept.

Benefits

  • Monthly close matches the real office schedule
  • The weekly extra hour is visible and usable (bank, offset, or pay)
  • Less spreadsheet work: delays, extras, absences, and balance in one place
  • Hour-bank policy is set by the company, not hard-coded
