✨ New Features
"Include collaborating" filter in the conversations menu
New collaboration filter option lets you expand the conversation list with chats where you participate as a collaborator, without restricting results to those chats only.
What is it for?
- Combine existing filters (team, status, tags, etc.) and also see conversations where you collaborate
- Track multiple conversations more easily without switching tabs
- Useful on the Team tab or when filtering by assigned agent
How to use?
- Open Conversations and click the filters icon
- In the Collaborating section, select Include collaborating
- Apply other filters as usual (status, team, agent, etc.)
Collaborating conversations appear even when they fail assignment filters (assigned agent or "exclude my assignments"). All other criteria still apply.
Quick filters
The same option is available in quick filter configuration (gear icon in the tab menu), so you can save custom combinations with "Include collaborating".

🐛 Bug Fixes
Conversation query with additive filter
Fixed an error in get_chats_optimized_full_v6 that prevented loading the list when using "Include collaborating".
