Automatic Customer Deletion by Usage Limit
You can now configure automatic customer deletion when usage reaches your plan limit — working the same way as automatic storage cleanup. Deletion is processed asynchronously by the existing deletion queue, with no impact on system usage.
What is it for?
- Automatically keep your customer base within the plan limit, without manual deletion
- Remove the oldest/inactive customers first, preserving recent contacts
- Free up limit space for registering new customers
How to use?
- Go to Settings > Usage Limits
- Click the Customers card — it now opens a details panel (just like Storage)
- Enable Automatic Deletion and adjust the settings:
- Start deletion when usage reaches: percentage of the limit that triggers deletion (default 100%)
- Target usage after deletion: target percentage after cleanup (default 90%)
- Deletion order: by last contact (default) or registration date, always oldest first
- Delete linked conversations: when disabled, customers with conversations are skipped (enabled by default)
- Run time and maximum customers per run
"Run Now" Button for Automatic Cleanups
The Customers and Storage panels now have a Run now button that triggers the cleanup immediately, without waiting for the scheduled time.
What is it for?
- Apply the cleanup right away, just after configuring it
- Track progress: while the run is in progress, the button shows "In progress..." and stays locked, preventing duplicate triggers
- Usage counters (including the limit alert in the sidebar) are automatically refreshed shortly after triggering
🔄 Changes
Customers with POS Orders Can Now Be Deleted
Previously, customers with POS orders could not be deleted (neither manually nor in bulk). Deletion is now allowed: orders are preserved in the sales history, only unlinked from the customer. Reports and financial records are not affected.
