👥 WhatsApp Groups (WAHA) – Full experience

Set of features for external groups linked to WhatsApp WAHA channels, bringing the experience closer to apps like WhatsApp: add participants as customers, delete messages from other members, group picture, and participants list.

What is it for?

  • Add participant as customer – From the message menu (⋯) of a participant, register them as a customer and start a private conversation
  • Delete messages – Group admins can delete messages from other participants (as well as their own)
  • Group picture – Shown automatically in the chat header
  • Participants list – Modal with group participants (WAHA API) and “Add as customer” for those with a visible number

How to use?

  1. Add as customer (from message): Open the group chat → find a message on the left (from a participant) → click the menu (⋯)“Add as customer” → complete registration.
  2. Delete message: Message menu (⋯) → “Delete message” (also available for others’ messages; on WhatsApp, only admins can delete third-party messages).
  3. Group picture: Loaded automatically in the header when you open the chat.
  4. Participants: In the group chat header, click “Participants” → view the list and use “Add as customer” for those with an available number.

Privacy (Meta)

Some participants appear only with an identifier (@lid) due to Meta policies. In those cases, use “Add as customer” from the message menu when the participant sends a message in the group.
