Light Mode on Android and iOS App

The mobile app now supports Light Mode! Previously, only dark mode was available. Now you can choose between Light Mode or Dark Mode according to your preference.

How to change?

  1. Go to the Sidebar (left menu)
  2. Switch between Light or Dark mode

Message Search Within Conversations

You can now search for messages within each individual conversation, whether it's an active or closed conversation. Previously, you could only search messages across all conversations, making it difficult to quickly find specific information in a support session.

What is it for?

  • Quickly locate specific information in long conversations
  • Find exact excerpts from past conversations
  • Save time searching for records in message history
  • Works in both ongoing and archived or closed conversations

How to use?

  1. Open the conversation you want to search
  2. Click the menu (☰ icon) in the top right corner
  3. Select "Search in conversation" 🔍
  4. Type what you're looking for (minimum 2 characters)
  5. Navigate through results using the ↑ ↓ arrows
  6. Press Enter or click the result to go to the message
