How does it work?
- 🔴 Badge appears next to customer name
- Shows number of parallel chats
- Clicking reveals the list of active conversations
- Quick navigation between chats

Jump directly to a specific page in listings.
How to use?
- At the bottom of any paginated list
- Click on the page number field
- Type the desired page number
- Press Enter

Receive and respond to messages from WhatsApp groups.
How does it work?
- Groups appear in the conversation list
- Identify who sent in the group

Permissions:
- Admin can enable/disable per channel
- Agents can be restricted from groups
