Visual indicator when a customer has multiple active conversations.

How does it work?

  • 🔴 Badge appears next to customer name
  • Shows number of parallel chats
  • Clicking reveals the list of active conversations
  • Quick navigation between chats

Direct Page Navigation

Jump directly to a specific page in listings.

How to use?

  1. At the bottom of any paginated list
  2. Click on the page number field
  3. Type the desired page number
  4. Press Enter

  • 💬 Conversation list
  • 📅 Appointments
  • 📊 Reports

WhatsApp Groups Support

Receive and respond to messages from WhatsApp groups.

How does it work?

  • Groups appear in the conversation list
  • Identify who sent in the group
  • Respond directly to the group
  • Full history preserved

Permissions:

  • Admin can enable/disable per channel
  • Agents can be restricted from groups

⚠️ Attention

Currently works only with WAHA channel.
