Multi-Team Chat Filter

You can now filter conversations by multiple teams simultaneously.

How to use in the side panel?

  1. Open ChatsFilters
  2. Locate the "Teams" section
  3. Click on the chips of desired teams
  4. Selected teams are highlighted with ✅

Behavior:

  • None selected: Shows all
  • One or more: Shows only from chosen teams
  • Counter: Shows how many are selected (e.g.: Teams (3))

Create custom quick filter:

  1. Click ⚙️ in the filter bar
  2. Duplicate an existing filter
  3. Edit criteria → Select multiple teams
  4. Customize name, icon and color
  5. Save

Advanced Customer Reports

Report generator with custom groupings and subdivisions.

How to create?

  1. In Customers → click "Advanced Reports" 📊
  2. Click "New Configuration"
  3. Follow the 5-step wizard:
    • Step 1: Upload JSON (export from customer list)
    • Step 2: Configure groupings (e.g.: by Source, Status)
    • Step 3: Configure total column
    • Step 4: Configure subdivisions (e.g.: reasons for not buying)
    • Step 5: Review and save
