Multi-Team Chat Filter
You can now filter conversations by multiple teams simultaneously.
How to use in the side panel?
- Open Chats → Filters
- Locate the "Teams" section
- Click on the chips of desired teams
- Selected teams are highlighted with ✅
Behavior:
- None selected: Shows all
- One or more: Shows only from chosen teams
- Counter: Shows how many are selected (e.g.:
Teams (3))
Create custom quick filter:
- Click ⚙️ in the filter bar
- Duplicate an existing filter
- Edit criteria → Select multiple teams
- Customize name, icon and color
- Save
Advanced Customer Reports
Report generator with custom groupings and subdivisions.
How to create?
- In Customers → click "Advanced Reports" 📊
- Click "New Configuration"
- Follow the 5-step wizard:
- Step 1: Upload JSON (export from customer list)
- Step 2: Configure groupings (e.g.: by Source, Status)
- Step 3: Configure total column
- Step 4: Configure subdivisions (e.g.: reasons for not buying)
- Step 5: Review and save
