Quick WhatsApp Button

New button to open customer's WhatsApp directly from chat, with pre-configured message and automatic actions.

What is it for?

  • Contact customer outside the system
  • Send standard message quickly
  • Automatically update information when clicking (field, funnel, tag)

How to configure?

  1. Go to ⚙️ Settings in the sidebar
  2. In the "Support" section, locate "Quick WhatsApp Button"
  3. Activate the toggle to enable
  4. Configure in the modal:
    • Default message (use for customer name)
    • Custom field to update (optional)
    • Funnel stage to move to (optional)
    • Tag to add (optional)
  5. Click "Save"

How to use?

  1. Open a WhatsApp customer chat
  2. In the header, click the green WhatsApp button
  3. New tab opens with message ready
  4. Configured actions are executed automatically

⚠️ Important

Button only appears in WhatsApp channel chats (WAHA, W-API, Official WhatsApp).


WAHA Message Sync

Button to fetch and sync WhatsApp historical messages that didn't enter automatically.

How to use?

  1. Open a WAHA chat
  2. Click on menu (⋮) → "Sync Messages"
  3. Configure the period:
    • Start Date and End Date
    • Maximum limit: 3 days per sync
  4. Click "Sync"

What happens?

  • ✅ Fetches messages from selected period
  • ✅ Syncs with original timestamp
  • ⏭️ Ignores existing messages
  • ✅ Updates correct status (sent, delivered, read)
