Who can see each quick filter

You can now define who sees each quick conversation filter. Each person will only see the filters that are relevant to their work, making the screen more organized and focused.

What is it for?

  • Show only the filters that matter for each type of user
  • Limited agents can see only what they need; supervisors and admins can have more options
  • Everything configured in one place, without adjusting user by user
  • Better organization and privacy in the conversation list

How to use?

  1. On the Conversations screen, at the top of the page, click Quick filters settings (only owners and administrators have access to this option).
  2. In the filter list, choose the filter you want to configure.
  3. Click the people icon next to that filter.
  4. In the box that opens, choose who can see this filter:
    • Everyone – everyone sees the filter
    • Teams – only people who belong to the teams you select
    • By permission – only people with one of the profiles you choose (e.g. limited agent, manager, administrator)
    • Users – only the people you select
  5. If you choose Teams, By permission, or Users, select the teams, profiles, or people.
  6. Close the box when you’re done. Changes are saved when you click Save settings at the bottom of the screen.

💡 Tip

Use "Everyone" for filters the whole team uses. Use teams or profiles when you want only certain groups to see specific filters.
