Lead Timeline (Customer Journey)

New Timeline tab in the customer panel aggregates all important lead activity in chronological order: external contacts, CRM stage changes, conversations, notes, tasks and appointments.

What is it for?

  • Managers track the full customer journey in one place
  • Agents view history of their own actions during service
  • Easier performance evaluation and sales process auditing

How to use?

  1. Open any customer (list, CRM funnel or chat)
  2. Go to the Timeline tab in the side panel
  3. Scroll to load older events; expand feedback and note details

Automatic external contact logging (personal WhatsApp)

When using the Quick WhatsApp Button in a conversation, the system automatically records that the agent contacted the customer outside Interflow.

What is it for?

  • Document when service happens via personal WhatsApp
  • Ensure traceability even outside connected channels

How to use?

  1. In Settings > Organization, enable the Quick WhatsApp Button
  2. In the customer chat, click the green WhatsApp button
  3. The contact is logged in the timeline before opening wa.me

Mandatory feedback after external contact

After external contact, the agent must fill in feedback with a summary and conversation details before continuing service in Interflow.

What is it for?

  • Ensure every external conversation is documented
  • Prevent service steps from going unrecorded

How to use?

  1. After clicking the WhatsApp button, complete the External contact feedback modal
  2. Enter a summary and describe the conversation (minimum 20 characters)
  3. The message input stays blocked until feedback is submitted

Configuration

In Settings > Organization > WhatsApp Button, the Require feedback after contact toggle controls whether blocking is active (default: on).

Enriched timeline events

The backend now automatically records in the timeline:

  • CRM funnel stage changes
  • Conversation closures
  • Chat assignment and transfer

Timeline permissions

  • Managers (manager, admin, owner) see the full timeline from all agents
  • Sales agents (sales, agent) see events filtered to their own actions when applicable
