Move appointments between schedules
When editing an appointment, you can change the Schedule without deleting and recreating the booking. Customer, history, chat, and other links stay on the same record.
Works for one-off and recurring appointments. For recurring ones, the usual edit scope still applies:

What is it for?
- Fix appointments created on the wrong schedule
- Redistribute bookings across schedules without rework
- Keep history, reminders, and links intact
How to use?
- Open the appointment in Schedule
- In the Schedule field, choose the destination schedule
- Select Service and Provider again from the new schedule (they are cleared when you switch)
- Save
- If it is recurring, choose the scope: this only, this and future, or all
Service and provider
Each schedule has its own services and providers. After changing schedule, pick the correct values for the destination before saving.
