Setting to pause AI on external replies

New per-channel option lets you choose whether the flow/AI should be paused automatically when an agent replies outside Interflow (via the channel's native app).

What is it for?

  • Give teams control over when automation should be interrupted
  • Keep AI active even with manual external replies when desired
  • Avoid unwanted pauses in operations that combine automation and phone-based support

How to use?

  1. Open Channels and edit the desired channel (WhatsApp WAHA, WhatsApp Official, Instagram, or Facebook)
  2. In Settings, find Pause AI when replying outside Interflow
  3. Enabled (default): external replies pause the active flow/AI — previous behavior
  4. Disabled: automation continues even when the agent replies via the channel app

🔄 Changes

Default behavior preserved

Existing channels without the setting keep automatic pause enabled (true by default), ensuring backward compatibility.

Messages sent from the Interflow platform never trigger this pause — only replies detected as external.
