Release date: July 17, 2026
New Features
HR / Time clock module
New HR / Time clock module to record the workday with clock-in, break, return, and clock-out — with photo, GPS, and an audit trail.
What is it for?
- Punch time from the browser (desktop or mobile)
- Keep photo and location evidence on every punch
- Give employees their own profile and admins a team-wide view
How to use it?
- A superadmin enables HR / Time clock under Admin → Organizations → Modules
- Open HR / Time clock → Punch
- Allow camera (if required) and location, then punch
Full guide: HR / Time clock
Workplaces and geofence
Register offices or sites with a radius (geofence). You can require presence on site, allow home office per person, or inherit the organization rule.
What is it for?
- Block punches outside the allowed location
- Allow home office only for those who need it
- Keep clear per-employee rules
How to use it?
- Under HR / Time clock → Workplaces, add coordinates and radius
- Under Employees, set each person’s geofence mode (inherit, required, home office, or custom locations)
Full guide: HR / Time clock
Hour bank and managerial payroll (with hours per day)
Hour-bank balance with movements, plus a payroll preview with regular hours, overtime, and absences — now with a daily breakdown (clock-in, clock-out, worked, expected, OT, and absence) and CSV export for the period or a daily CSV.
What is it for?
- Track hour credits and debits
- See when each employee worked each day
- Close a period with a consolidated view and export for analysis
How to use it?
- Hour bank — check the balance; admins can make manual adjustments
- Payroll — pick the period, generate a preview, review Hours per day (filter by employee), and export period CSV or daily CSV
Full guide: HR / Time clock
Weekly schedule per employee
In the employee form, admins set which weekdays count and how many hours each day (e.g. Mon–Fri 8h, Saturday 4h). Payroll uses this to compute expected hours, overtime, and absences.
What is it for?
- Reflect variable schedules in payroll
- Avoid incorrect absences on days the person does not work
How to use it?
- Under Employees, create or edit the person
- In Weekly schedule, enable days and set hours
- Save — the Payroll preview uses that schedule
Full guide: HR / Time clock
HR calendar (holidays and non-working days)
Calendar page to register organization holidays and non-working days (optional yearly recurrence). Those days zero expected hours in payroll.
What is it for?
- Avoid charging absence on holidays or closed days
- Keep a single organization calendar
How to use it?
- Open HR / Time clock → Calendar
- Add date, title, type (holiday or no work), and yearly recurrence if needed
Full guide: HR / Time clock
Medical certificates and individual days off
On the employee detail Absences tab: register a medical certificate or individual day off (date range, note/where it was presented, and attachment). These also zero expected hours in payroll.
What is it for?
- Justify absences with a document
- Grant a one-off day off without changing the org calendar
How to use it?
- Open the employee detail → Absences
- Click Register, fill type, dates, note, and attach a file if needed
- Save
Full guide: HR / Time clock
Push notifications on punch
Admins choose, per employee, who receives a OneSignal push when that person punches. The link opens the employee’s HR detail.
What is it for?
- Alert managers or HR in real time
- Speed up timekeeping review
How to use it?
- Open Employees and the person’s detail
- On the Notifications tab, select recipients and save
Full guide: HR / Time clock
My HR profile (employee)
Employee area at /My HR profile, separate from the admin view: punches, hour bank, and payroll without photos, IP, or notification settings.
What is it for?
- Review your own timekeeping privately
- Keep personal and management views clearly separated
How to use it?
- In HR / Time clock, open My HR profile
- Filter punches by date and check hour bank / payroll
Full guide: HR / Time clock
Punch details with on-demand photo (admin)
In the punches list, photos are not loaded in bulk (so the page opens faster). Admins use Details to open a modal: photo, IP, GPS, and device load there. The map remains available from coordinates.
What is it for?
- Audit who punched and from where
- Avoid slowness when listing many punches with photos
Full guide: HR / Time clock
Improvements
Punching without a webcam
If a photo is required and the computer has no camera (or permission is denied), the employee can upload a photo file. If the organization turns off photo requirement, punching works with GPS only (when required).
Mirrored camera preview
The preview is mirrored (selfie-style) for easier framing. The saved photo keeps normal orientation.
Loading states on HR screens
HR pages show a loading state while fetching data, avoiding a brief empty flash.
Day status on payroll
In the Hours per day table, each row shows status (work, holiday, medical certificate, individual day off, no work), aligned with the calendar and absences.
Benefits
- ✅ Timekeeping with evidence (photo + GPS)
- ✅ Variable schedules and organization calendar
- ✅ Certificates / days off with attachments reflected in payroll
- ✅ Daily hours report (clock-in, clock-out, worked time)
- ✅ Faster punch lists (photo only in details)
- ✅ Real-time alerts and privacy on My HR profile
