Signature on AI Agent send
When the agent sends the reply straight to the chat, you can set a signature in the same format as the Send Text node: at the beginning or the end of the message.
The signature is shown to the customer in the chat, but it is not included in the history the model reads. The AI will not copy or repeat that text in later replies.

What is it for?
- Identify the agent on WhatsApp without putting the text in the prompt
- Keep the same look as the Send Text node signature
- Stop the model from inventing or repeating the signature every turn
How to use?
- Open the AI Agent on the Advanced tab
- Turn on Send messages from the agent
- Fill in Signature and choose Beginning (Header) or End (Footer)
- If the flow still has a Send Text node after the agent, remove it to avoid duplicate messages
Include line breaks in the signature text if you want it separated from the content.
Benefits
- Consistent signature without cluttering the prompt
- The model still sees only the conversation content
- Same format already used by the Send Text node
