Empty or move customers from a stage
From the stage action menu, owners, admins, and managers can clear a column in one step: remove every customer from the funnel or move them to another stage — including a stage in another funnel.

What is it for?
- Clear a crowded column without dragging cards one by one
- Close an old process (customers leave the funnel)
- Redistribute the whole batch to another stage or funnel
How to use?
- Open the funnel in CRM → Funnels
- On the stage, click the three dots and choose Move or remove customers
- Select Remove from funnel or Move to another stage
- If moving, pick the destination funnel and stage
- Confirm — the action applies to all customers in that stage and cannot be undone
Who can use it
The option is available only to owner, admin, and manager. Emptying a stage does not start stage-change automations.

- Fast column cleanup without rework
- Destination can be any funnel in the organization
- Easier to move people before deleting a stage that still has customers
