New Features
Cash payment receipt
When a customer pays an installment in cash at the office, you can record the payment on the charge, settle the installment, post it to finance, and generate the receipt immediately — print it or download a PDF.
The document follows a simple receipt layout (payer, payee, amount in numbers and words, description, date, and signature). It does not replace a tax invoice.
What is it for?
- Settle the installment as soon as the customer pays in person
- Hand over a printed or digital proof before they leave
- Keep the cash register and finance reports in sync with billing
- Reprint the receipt later if the modal is closed
How to use?
- Open the contract in Billing (or the overdue list)
- On the installment, click Receive in cash (or Receive amount, if a partial payment already exists)
- Enter amount, date, description, and the cash register
- Confirm — the installment is settled and the receipt opens right away
- Use Print (two copies: customer and file) or Download PDF
- To issue it again: Reprint receipt on the installment or in the Manual entries report
What already existed
Cash settlement and the finance posting were already there. This version adds the proof of payment and names the action the way the team uses it every day.
Receipt, not invoice
This is an internal payment receipt. Businesses that need a tax invoice still issue it through their usual fiscal channel.
Benefits
- The customer leaves with a receipt, without using another website
- Installment, cash register, and report update in the same step
- Reprint is available on the contract and in the manual-entry history
- Receipt text includes the amount in words, tax ID when registered, and two copies
