v2026.9.2

Release date: September 10, 2026

New Features

The sidebar is now organized by module (Inbox, Finance, POS, Billing, HR / Time clock, and Medical records). Switch modules at the top of the bar, under the organization. Each module shows only what that workspace needs.

CRM stays in Inbox. Customers, appointments, and requests can appear in more than one module without switching the workspace on their own.

What is it for?

  • Find Finance, POS, or Billing without scrolling one long menu
  • Keep daily work (chats, sales) apart from setup
  • Stay in the module you chose when opening shared screens, such as all customers

How to use?

  1. At the top of the sidebar, open the module switcher
  2. Pick the workspace (for example, Inbox or Finance)
  3. Use the Automation, Reports, and Settings headings to find the right group
  4. Settings in the footer opens account, team, and subscription
  5. In Inbox, the Settings block groups inbox preferences, channels, tags, macros, users, and teams

Guide: Settings — Menu and search

Search modules, pages, and settings without memorizing the path. The shortcut is ⌘K on Mac and Ctrl+K on Windows or Linux. There is also a magnifier at the top of the sidebar.

Search follows the interface language. In CRM and Customers, if you can see everyone, you get mine and all. You can also find items inside pages — for example, optional agent signature or billing history — and jump straight to that block.

What is it for?

  • Find Subscription, Tags, or Preferences without walking the whole menu
  • Open CRM filtered (mine or all) in one step
  • Find a toggle inside Inbox preferences

How to use?

  1. Click the sidebar magnifier or press ⌘K / Ctrl+K
  2. Type the name (e.g. crm, subscription, whatsapp)
  3. Use the arrows and Enter, or click the result
  4. Esc closes search

Guide: Settings — Menu and search

Benefits

  • Shorter menu aligned with each team's work
  • Account settings in the footer; inbox setup in the Inbox module
  • Search in the team's language, including options inside pages
