Alert when WhatsApp WAHA stays disconnected
If a WhatsApp (WAHA) channel was already connected and then drops, the owner and admins get a push with the channel name and phone number. Tapping it opens the channel so you can reconnect.
The alert is not instant. Interflow waits a few minutes — short session restarts do not trigger it. It also does not fire if you disconnect or delete the instance in the form, or if QR scanning fails before the channel was serving chats.

What is it for?
- Learn that the number dropped without staring at the channels screen
- Jump to the right channel, with the name and number on the alert
- Avoid false alarms when the session only restarts or when you disconnect it yourself
How to use?
- Keep push enabled in the app or browser (organization owner and admins)
- If a connected WAHA channel stays offline for real, the alert arrives on its own
- Tap the notification to open the channel and scan the QR again
- If you click Disconnect (deletes the instance), nobody gets a push
Who receives it
Only the organization owner and admins. Agents are not notified.
