v2026.9.12
Release date: September 18, 2026
New Features
Duplicate a schedule
You clone a configured schedule and get a ready-to-use copy under a new name. The new schedule inherits services, professionals, locations, hours, holidays, and notifications. Appointments are not copied — the copy starts empty.
Organization flows stay the same: the copy reuses the existing links (status and templates) and does not create new flows.
What is it for?
- Open a new unit, room, or team without re-entering the setup
- Use a schedule as a template and change only what differs
- Try a variation without touching the live schedule
How to use it?
- Open Schedule → Schedules
- On the card, click Duplicate schedule — or, inside the schedule, use the same button next to edit and delete
- Confirm or change the name (the default is
{name} (copy)) - The copy opens on the management screen, ready to adjust
What is copied: schedule rules, services, professionals, locations, availability, holidays, and notification templates.
What is left out: appointment history, reminders already sent, recurring series, and AI agent actions that point only to the original schedule.

Location count on the list card
When a schedule uses locations, the list card shows how many locations are registered, next to professionals and services.
What is it for?
- See at a glance whether the schedule has rooms or spaces set up
- Tell location-based schedules apart from those that only use professionals
How to use it?
- Open Schedule → Schedules
- If the schedule has locations enabled, the card shows a third count, Locations
Full guide: Schedule — Locations on the list card
Benefits
- A new schedule ready without repeating services, professionals, and hours
- A clean copy, with no customer history
- A clearer schedule list when locations are in use
