v2026.9.10
Release date: September 15, 2026
New Features
Receivables, payables, and posted entries
Finance no longer mixes open obligations with the statement. The menu has Receivables, Payables, and Posted entries. Open items appear as overdue and upcoming, with separate totals. Quick filters: today, through today, through tomorrow, next 7 days, through month end, and this month only. Posted entries only use this month and last month. Totals follow the filter, and clicking a shortcut shows a loading state.
What is it for?
- See what still needs to be received or paid, without mixing it with cash already posted
- Separate late items from what is still due
- Filter the horizon without opening the date picker
How to use?
- Open Finance → Receivables or Payables
- Use the date shortcuts at the top; overdue and upcoming totals update together
- In Posted entries, see what was already paid or received, for this month or last month

Post a payment or receipt
Instead of only marking as paid, you post the movement: date, cash register, payment details (PIX, barcode, bank account), and the paid amount, which can differ from the original obligation. The original stays in the history. Who posted and when are also stored.
What is it for?
- Record what actually left or entered the cash register
- Keep PIX, boleto, or bank details ready to copy when you pay
- Know who posted and on which day
How to use?
- On the obligation, choose Post payment or Post receipt
- Check the original amount and, if needed, change the posted amount
- Adjust date, cash register, and payment details; save

Recurring series with an automatic buffer
When you create a recurring item, you choose how many occurrences to generate up front (up to 12). The system keeps future due dates in the queue, whether or not you have already paid one. When you edit an item in the series, it asks whether the change applies only to this one or to all upcoming items not yet posted. Amount, payment details, and due date only follow if you check them.
What is it for?
- Avoid creating rent or a fee by hand every month
- Keep upcoming obligations visible without generating the whole series at once
- Fix amount, cash register, or payment details in bulk on items not yet posted
How to use?
- When creating in Receivables or Payables, choose the frequency and how many to generate initially
- To change the series, edit an obligation and confirm This one only or All upcoming
- Check Apply amount, Apply payment details, or Include due date only for what should go to the upcoming items

Bug Fixes
Overdue by date, not only by status
Obligations with a due date in the past appear under Overdue even if the status is still pending. An item due on Aug 10, for example, no longer hides under upcoming.
Totals and loading on filters
Clicking a date shortcut shows a loading state. Overdue and upcoming totals now follow the selected period.
Benefits
- Open items and the statement on separate screens, with totals that match the filter
- Posting with the real paid amount and a history of the original
- Recurrence that keeps itself going and can be adjusted on upcoming items
