v2026.10.18
Release date: October 14, 2026
New Features
Conditional signature on the AI Agent
The agent can use a different signature depending on the channel, funnel stage, or customer tags. The signature still stays out of the text the AI reads.
What it is for
- Sign with one name on one channel and another name on another
- Change the signature when the customer is on a stage or has a tag
- Keep a default signature for anyone who matches no rule
How to use
- Open the AI Agent on the Sending tab
- Turn on Use signature
- Under Signatures by condition, add a rule
- Choose channel, stage, and tags, the text, and whether it appears before or after the message
- The first matching rule is the one that goes to the chat. With no match, the default signature is used
- The preview beside the form shows the rule you are editing
If the default signature is empty and a rule already exists, the default block stays hidden. You can open it again with Set default signature.
The same choice applies when the reply is sent as audio.

Benefits
- Each channel can send the right signature, without one agent per number
- The AI does not copy the signature text into later replies
