Release date: October 14, 2026
New Features
Customer fields on the Facebook event
On a funnel stage, the event sent to Facebook can carry a customer custom field or a UTM value. For example, the product that person bought.
What it is for
- Send the product name, category, or value from the customer record
- Send campaign origin (
utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign,utm_content,utm_term) on the event - Keep the stage's fixed text when the customer has no value for that field
How to use
- Open the stage and go to the Pixel tab
- On the Facebook event, under Pixel fields, click Link field
- Choose the field sent (content name, category, IDs, type, value, or an extra parameter)
- Choose the source: a custom field or a UTM value
- Save the stage. The next stage change includes the customer's value on the event
Offline and WhatsApp on the same event
The stage's Facebook event has two tabs: Offline and WhatsApp. Each has its own event list. You do not add the platform twice.
When the customer moves, Interflow looks at the origin. A WhatsApp ad click uses the WhatsApp tab. Other cases use the Offline tab.
The WhatsApp tab accepts Meta messaging events, such as Purchase and Lead submitted. The Offline tab keeps the list that already existed.
Bug Fixes
Report-only stage
A stage marked only for the dashboard report no longer appears when moving a customer: in the editor, when resolving a conversation, in filters, on import, in flows, and in the other stage pickers. It stays on the chart and in funnel administration.
Stage modal
The stage opens in tabs: General, Pixel, and Chart. The color sits next to the name.
Benefits
- The customer's campaign and product reach the Facebook event, without one fixed text for everyone
- The same stage covers people who came from WhatsApp and people who came from another channel
- A report stage no longer shows up as a place to put a customer
