Delete selected messages
Admins and owners can select several messages in a conversation and delete them at once, only inside Interflow.
The message leaves the team's history. It stays on the connected channel, such as WhatsApp.
What it is for
- Clean a long history without deleting one message at a time
- Remove from the conversation what the team no longer needs to see
- Keep what the customer already received in their app
How to use
- In the conversation menu, choose Select messages
- Check the messages
- Click Delete selected
- Confirm
The button is available only to admins and owners. Deleting a single message from its menu stays as before and may also try to delete it on the channel.

- Cleaning a long conversation fits in one confirmation
- The team's history stays tidy without changing what was already sent on the channel
- Agents still do not get this bulk delete
