Edit and delete messages in internal chat
In the team’s internal chat, the author can fix a message’s text or delete it for everyone in the conversation.
What is it for?
- Fix a typo without sending another message
- Remove a message sent by mistake or with outdated information
How to use it
- Open the internal chat (direct or group)
- In your message menu, choose Edit to change the text. Everyone sees that the message was edited
- Choose Delete to remove the content. Participants see that the message was deleted
- You can only edit or delete messages you sent. Editing applies to text; audio, files, and system notices cannot be edited
