Assign a stage in bulk
Owners and admins can place several customers who have no stage into the funnel at once, from the customer list.
What it is for
- Organize people who just signed up and are not in any stage yet
- Avoid opening each profile for the same first classification
How to use
- In Customers, select two or more customers
- Assign stage only appears if at least one of them has no stage
- Choose the funnel and the stage, then confirm
Customers who already have a stage stay as they are. After confirmation, the screen shows how many were selected and how many received the stage.
This is an administrator correction: it does not trigger a flow, pixel, or message, and it does not record history. Changing one customer's stage still works as before.
