Appointments for the professional only

On the Appointments menu, anyone without the See all appointments permission sees only the bookings where they are the professional. The list, the calendar, and a direct appointment link follow that rule.

What it is for

• Each person focuses on their own visits
• They cannot open another professional’s schedule
• Owner, admin, and medical assistant still see the clinic schedule
• Manager, agent, limited agent, sales, and doctor see only their own

How to use

1. Open Appointments
2. If the permission is off, the filter stays on My appointments
3. To open the full schedule for a member who belongs to a group, open their permissions, on the group tab, and check See all appointments
4. The group still applies to everything else; only this exception is individual

Bookings with no professional do not appear for people who see only their own.
