AI Decider in the flow
The flow builder gets the AI Decider node. The AI reads a context and picks one of the outputs you described, or none.
Usage is charged to the organization's AI credit balance.
What is it for?
- Route the conversation by topic without a condition for every word
- Split intents (purchase, support, complaint) into different outputs
- Take another path when the AI is not confident enough
How to use it?
- From the integrations palette, drag AI Decider
- Click an output title to open the panel
- In the context, describe what the AI should read. You can insert variables, such as the last 10 or 50 messages
- For each option, write the title (shown on the node) and the description (what the AI compares)
- Set the minimum confidence. Below that percent, the flow follows None
- Connect each output, None, and Error to the next step
If there is no credit balance, the flow follows Error.
