v2026.10.30
Release date: October 27, 2026
New Features
Call on WhatsApp from the appointment
Each schedule can show a shortcut that opens the user's own WhatsApp on the customer's saved number, outside Interflow's support channel.
What it is for
- Confirm a time, send instructions, or arrange a change without looking up the phone on another screen
- Start the chat on the person's own WhatsApp, not on the integrated channel
How to use
- When editing the schedule, turn on Direct customer WhatsApp
- On the list, the calendar, or the appointment actions menu, use Call on WhatsApp
- WhatsApp opens in a new tab with Hello, {customer name} already filled in
The shortcut uses the WhatsApp contact and, if there is none, the phone. The number must include the country code and, with symbols removed, have 10 to 15 digits. Without a valid number, the button stays hidden.

Improvements
Meet only when the schedule creates the meeting
The meeting-link block on the appointment, and the Meet menu on the card, appear only when the schedule has Create a Google Meet when the appointment is created. If the appointment already has a saved link, it stays available to open or copy.
Benefits
- Day-to-day contact starts from the appointment itself, outside the integrated inbox
- The opening message already includes the customer's name
- Schedules that do not use Google Meet no longer show the meeting block
