v2026.10.28

Release date: October 23, 2026

New Features

Groups on quick filters

Inbox shortcuts can sit in one-level groups. The group only opens the menu; the item inside applies the cut. Drag a filter onto another’s Group zone to create the submenu.

What is it for?

  • Keep similar shortcuts together (channels, queues, teams) without crowding the bar
  • Show one icon and pick the cut from the dropdown
  • On mobile, in icon-only mode, see the current filter with its name and scroll the rest when they don’t fit

How to use it?

  1. In Chats, open Configure quick filters (owner or admin)
  2. Drag a shortcut onto Group on another — both become children of a new group, using the target’s name, icon, and color
  3. To reorder only, drop on the card, not on the Group zone
  4. Save — in the list, the group opens the menu; the inner filter is what cuts the conversations
  5. You can pin the group in the list layout, like the other shortcuts

The group does not filter by itself. Filters already inside a group have no Group zone (one level only). If the selected item has no counter, the chip does not show the siblings’ total.

More icons (email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and others in the same interface style) and hidden shortcuts appear faded in the configuration list.

Benefits

  • The shortcut bar holds more cuts without becoming an endless row
  • The team picks the right filter in the submenu, without applying a generic “group” cut
  • On mobile, the current shortcut stays visible even with many icons
