Financial Module
Track revenue, expenses, cash registers, and categories for internal operations — separate from customer billing and the Interflow subscription.
What it's for
- Finance and accounting teams recording day-to-day transactions
- Owners and administrators configuring cash registers and operators
- Managers with read-only visibility into balance and cash flow
- Stores and restaurants integrating POS sales with financial control
Different from Billing
This module manages the organization's internal finances. For contracts, installments, and Asaas integration with customers, use Billing.
What you can do
- View a summary of receivables, payables, and the balance of registers you can access
- Track to receive and to pay on screens separate from entries
- Record income and expenses with status: pending, paid, overdue, or cancelled
- Post a payment or receipt with the paid amount, payment details (PIX, boleto, account), and who posted
- Attach files to an obligation (up to 50 MB) and duplicate an entry
- Generate recurring items as open-ended or an exact quantity, and adjust upcoming ones not yet posted
- Post several accounts together and settle pending items on an entry already on the statement
- Import a CSV or OFX statement and reconcile what was already matched to the bank
- Transfer balance between registers without hitting results
- Manage cash registers with operators and per-register permissions
- Organize income and expense categories, with subcategories and AI suggestions
- Track expenses by cost center
- Configure payment methods (credit, fees, installments)
- Optionally link transactions to a CRM customer
- View cash flow, category, cost center, receivable/payable, and per-register reports
- Export the current report tab as CSV, according to profile permissions
How it connects
- POS — sales generate financial entries
- CRM & Customers — optional customer on transactions
- Billing — separate modules; Billing handles customer contracts
- Reports — exports according to
financialprofile
