What you can do
- Record time punches: clock in, break, return, and clock out, with photo and GPS
- Define locations with geofence and home office rules per employee
- Configure a schedule with real times (clock-in, lunch, clock-out) and a contractual load (44h by default)
- Register absences (medical leave, individual time off) with attachments
- Track the hour bank, monthly report, and management payroll preview (4 punches, lateness, OT, CSV)
- Choose where overtime goes (bank, offset, or pay) in HR settings
- Receive push notifications for managers on each time punch
- Access the employee view in My HR Profile, separate from the admin panel
Activation
The HR module is disabled by default. Enable it via superadmin in Admin → Organizations → Modules.
